Post Project
Its hard to reflect on something so substantial as my senior project. When I started, I was not sure exactly what we'd be doing or how that would shape into a productive senior project. Now, I look back on my three weeks as some of the most memorable and eye-opening experiences I have ever had. Scott and I learned more than we would have ever expected. We learned the basics of food and beverage, the financial aspect of a major corporation, the experiences of a general manager, and much more. Furthermore, this newfound knowledge is not something that will leave us in the weeks prior to senior project but instead will transpire into our lives in the workforce, especially towards the business aspect. We genuinely could not be more thankful for our mentor, Mr. Steve Carter. He was invaluable throughout this entire process and we could not have hoped for a better leader to help us along this journey.
